Remote Assistance and Payments

Remote Assistance is a service that allows us to diagnose and repair your computer from a remote connection through the internet.  As long as you have a comptuer that is starting up and has a stable internet connection, we can help you.

This is ideal if you have to sort out a particular issue quickly and without any hassle. Payments can be deposited to our bank account or you can do an online bank transfer upto one week after we troubleshoot your computer.

 A remote assistance session upto 15 minutes will only cost Rs. 500/-.  Half an hour will cost Rs. 1,500/- . Beyond that, a session upto one and a half hours will cost Rs. 2,500/-.
